Is Brain Drain limited for Developing Countries?

Abstract:

A review of global statistics on human capital motility, especially mobility of talents and highly educated people, shows that most of the countries in the world are sending some of their human capitals to other countries. While some of these countries are attracting talents and highly skilled from other countries on the other hand they are sending their talents too. In general, human mobility is not limited to developing countries but it happens in developed countries as well. In other word, there is a brain flow between countries which means that most of countries are facing brain drain phenomenon as well as brain gain. This report aims to study about highly skilled and highly educated people mobility between European countries.
